How It Works

Each We Win! session stands alone and follows these criteria:
  • Limited to 5-8 participants.
  • Three-month commitment with once per week meetings.
  • Odd number weeks, 30-45 minutes of coaching (smaller groups of 2-3).
  • Even number weeks, 1.5 hours learning workshop (full group); recorded if you can’t join live.
  • Mix of practical tools and mindset exercises.
  • $90/month or bring a friend for $80/month each (payment due weeks 1, 5, & 9).
  • $250 when you pay in full ($20 savings).
  • We Win! participants receive a 20% discount on 1:1 coaching for up to 1 year.

FAQ

What are the dates and times?
​Sessions do not begin until a minimum of 5 participants register. Upon the fifth registration, all participants receive an email to solicit group consensus on the standing day and time for meetings. We post this scheduled session for a minimum of two weeks to encourage filling the session before it starts. 
How long is each session?
Each session runs for 12 concurrent weeks except Thanksgiving week, July 4th week, and the last two weeks of December.
Where are sessions held?
​Currently, all sessions are virtual and hosted on Zoom. Zoom breakout rooms allow smaller group conversations when needed. 
How much time is required each week?
​Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, & 11 are coaching weeks. After assignment to a pair or triad coaching group, the participants agree on a standing day and time schedule (30 minutes for pairs & 45 minutes for triads).
​
Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, & 12 are 90-minute workshop weeks. We record these live learning sessions so that participants who cannot attend have access to the learning.
How much do I pay?
​The standard fee is 3-payments of $90, which are due before the first meeting week #1, week #5, and week #9. 
How do I qualify for a discount?
When you pay for the session in full (due before the first meeting) you pay $250.00, a $20 savings.

When you invite a friend who has a paid registration, you pay $80 per month or $240 per session. This discount is only applied when your friend lists your name as the referral on their registration form. [The significantly low fees for this program prevents combining discounts]
When do I pay?
​You do not pay until your session forms (5 participants required). Once assembled, session participants receive invoices electronically with a minimum of Net 7 days to make payment.
Can I get a refund?
​Accountability to you and the group is HUGE! Therefore there are no quitters or refunds. If your participation is interrupted for any reason, you are obligated to pay the full fee. In rare instances, exceptions to apply paid fees to other services will be considered.
Can I cancel my registration?
Participants who've registered and are awaiting their session's formation may withdraw their registration in writing by emailing ritaernstconsult@gmail.com.

​When a participant's schedule does not match the majority's availability, the participant has the option to postpone assignment into the session. To postpone, a written or verbal request must be initiated within 72 hours of contact about the formation and scheduling of the group. 
How do I get my 1:1 coaching discount?
​When contacting Ignite Your Extraordinary: CEO Coaching to schedule 1:1 coaching, please indicate that you are a WE WIN! participant. Once your participation within the last 12 months is verified, the 20% discount applies to your billing account.
Can I delay my start date?
​Participants may postpone assignment into a session. To postpone, a written or verbal request must be initiated within 72 hours of contact about the formation and scheduling of the group.
How many sessions can I attend concurrently?
​You may participate in as many sessions as your schedule allows. Please be mindful that the group is counting on your full participation and that refunds are not given.
What do I do if this doesn't work for me after starting?
​It is my goal to bring value to every participant. If you are not feeling the love at any time, please contact me immediately so that I can do my best to meet your needs. [Rita Ernst 502.235.6791]
Do I get my discount if my friend starts after me?
I love meeting your friends and appreciate your referrals. Retroactive discounts for active session participants will be applied to remaining billing. [example: Jane has one payment remaining when her friend starts in a newly formed session. Jane's final payment amount is reduced by $30 for a new total of $60.]

​If you have completed your session, your discount applies to your future enrollment.

Do my friends and I have to attend the same session to receive the discount?
​No. However, please note that discounts are only applied to active and future sessions.
How do I pay?
​We accept payments in the form of cash, check, or PayPal. Please note that checks returned for insufficient funds incur an additional $10 fee.
Does group coaching work? How do I know I'll get value?
Our coaching groups never exceed eight participants because we care about providing personal attention to everyone. Additionally, the entire group only meets on alternating weeks for learning workshops. During coaching sessions, the size reduces to 2-3 participants.

Group coaching enables participants to learn from the conversation and coaching other participants receive. Additional benefits include the opportunity to share your wisdom with others and extend your network of colleagues who can support you beyond these sessions. 
I've registered, now what do I do?
You will receive a follow-up email within three working days to discuss session placement.

What happens if I am unable to make a scheduled session?
​Pair/triad coaching weeks are forfeited if you fail to attend. Recordings of the learning workshops are available for participants who can not make the live session.
